Export documentation & delivery review

Confirm the material, destination and documentation before planning a shipment.

A destination review comes before a delivery promise

International delivery depends on the exact material, intended use, receiving organization and destination requirements. A domain name, a research-use label or a courier quotation cannot establish that a shipment is acceptable in every market. Begin with a consistent material description and ask the receiving organization or its appointed specialist to identify the documents and permissions relevant to the proposed transaction.

Typical project discussions may cover the commercial invoice, packing list, SDS, batch documentation, origin information and transport conditions. The required set must be confirmed for the actual shipment. Do not use a misleading description to avoid review or assume that an investigational formulation can be imported as an ordinary cosmetic ingredient. We collect delivery city or port and country in the enquiry form so these questions can be addressed before a commitment. Freight, timing, customs responsibilities and any shipment restrictions are confirmed in writing for an accepted scope.
